As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the fast-paced city of Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and managing the sales team's performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends to identify potential growth areas
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Train, motivate, and guide the sales team towards success

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
