Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery such as lathes, grinders, and drills to turn metal pieces into specific shapes
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to understand project specifications
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or tools and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in using precision tools and reading technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
