Junior Accountant


We are a growing accounting firm located in Lahore and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. While experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without prior accounting experience who are eager to learn and grow in their career.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with data entry for accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
- Preparing financial reports for management
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicating with clients regarding their accounts
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in an accounting role (preferred)
