Job Title: Facade Technician
Location: Almada, Portugal


A leading construction company in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join their team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing all types of cladding and facade systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair and replace damaged cladding panels
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facade systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with the facade systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various cladding materials such as aluminum, glass, stone, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Portugal or eligibility for free visa sponsorship
