Senior Architect - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all architectural and engineering standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project design concepts and oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark - free visa and ticket provided
