We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and experience working in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes or special requests.
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper pastry techniques.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and equipment, ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decorating, and flavor combinations.
- Ability to work with precision under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional kitchen.
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations is preferred.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
