We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and budget management.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or Inuit language skills are a plus).
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately. The salary for this position is $1300 per month. Please note that this is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
