Sales Manager

We are currently hiring a Sales Manager for our company located in Roskilde. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position, suitable for experienced individuals who are passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to enhance our competitive advantage
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
