A prestigious architecture firm in St. Petersburg is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Egyptian Architecture Manager, you will oversee the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts
- Oversee the construction and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Mentor and train junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
