Indian Restaurant Manager in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and budget to present to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of Indian food culture, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
1600$ per month
