Our busy restaurant in Chelyabinsk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Restaurant Manager will also handle administrative duties such as budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with both staff and customers.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in Russian is necessary for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates. The restaurant operates on a 7-day schedule so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
