Commercial Architect (Gujrat)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and vision for the project
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Gujrat, Pakistan
