Part-Time Facade Specialist
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco
Salary: $1300 per month


A leading architecture firm in Fonvieille, Monaco is seeking a part-time Facade Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing facades for commercial and residential buildings. This position is ideal for a woman looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing facade concepts for various projects
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for facade design
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
- Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and material lists for facades
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Providing guidance and support during construction phases of facade projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience designing facades for commercial or residential buildings
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
