Office Manager - Porto, Portugal
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager for our company in Porto, Portugal. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties in our office. This includes coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. A biometric passport is required for this contract position without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office schedules and appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Biometric passport required
Salary:
900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
