Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review designs for feasibility, functionality, and compliance with building codes
- Source materials and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Randers
