Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even finish
- Repair any damaged areas or cracks in existing plaster
- Work with different types of plaster such as gypsum, lime, or cement-based
- Follow safety guidelines at all times and use proper protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in the construction industry
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
