Handyman
A dynamic and skilled Handyman is needed for our growing company in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and renovations to residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are in good working condition. They must also be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing broken appliances
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Repair or replace damaged furniture or fixtures
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Handle emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work on evenings or weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license
