Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect at our firm in Greenland, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using specialized software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations for potential projects
- Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all projects meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1700 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular business hours. The role may require occasional travel to client sites or project locations. We offer competitive salary packages and opportunities for professional growth within our firm.
