Tutor for Freshers in Herning, Denmark
We are a leading education company in Herning, Denmark looking for a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to freshers in various subjects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with freshers to help them understand subject material and improve their grades
- Create lesson plans and teaching strategies that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback and study strategies
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure academic success
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to create a comprehensive learning experience for students
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and implement them into tutoring sessions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Prior experience as a Tutor or Teacher is preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of various subjects such as Math, Science, English, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and encourage students
- Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and track student progress
As our ideal candidate, you should be passionate about education and have a strong desire to help freshers succeed academically. You should also be able to adapt your teaching style to accommodate different learning styles. Experience with biometric passports is considered an asset.
