Merchandiser - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain

As a Merchandiser in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays to attract and engage customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandising techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Monitor sales trends and make adjustments to displays as needed
- Maintain store appearance by regularly cleaning and organizing displays
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and products
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Familiarity with market trends in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
Dar Kulaib, Bahrain is preferred. However, candidates from other cities in Bahrain will also be considered.
