Construction Project Manager



We are a construction company based in Clairvaux seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Source materials and equipment needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality control

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
