Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing and sales strategies. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting specific customer segments
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure group bookings or corporate rates
- Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and adjust our rates accordingly to maintain competitiveness in the market
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote our hotel brand
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field required
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience using CRM software preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Must be eligible to work in Shan without visa sponsorship
