Moderator (English Speaking) - Moscow, Russia



As a Moderator (English Speaking), you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and safe online environment for our community of users. You will be based in our office in Moscow, Russia and will work on a contract basis. Accommodation will be provided for non-Russian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions, user-generated content, and comments to ensure they adhere to our community standards and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to handle escalated issues or sensitive situations
- Review and approve new user accounts
- Continuously monitor trends and developments within the community to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement
- Educate users on proper use of the platform and promote positive interactions amongst the community members

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with Russian language is an asset but not mandatory

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
