Job Title: Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and spaces. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating architectural drawings using computer-aided design software, and coordinating with other professionals to develop comprehensive plans for industrial facilities. You must have experience in industrial architecture and be knowledgeable about building codes and regulations. This full-time position is located in St-Petersburg, a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural landmarks.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and identify potential issues
- Use computer-aided design software to create detailed architectural drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive plans
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St-Petersburg (preference for Indian nationals)
