Office Assistant (Malayalee)
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Malayalee speaker and must have a valid biometric passport. This role does not require English proficiency and accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc.
- Handle petty cash and maintain financial records
Requirements:
- Must be a fluent Malayalee speaker
- Valid biometric passport is required
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
