Office Assistant (Indian/Nepali)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian or Nepali national, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies when needed
- Keep track of invoices, receipts, and other important documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and updating financial records
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate with other departments for any necessary tasks or projects
Requirements:
- Indian or Nepali national preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an office environment is not required but preferred
