Entry Level Smelter Operator


We are searching for a skilled and motivated Entry Level Smelter Operator to join our team in Split. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the smelting machinery to produce high-quality metal products. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking to start their career in the smelting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment such as furnaces, converters, and casting machines
- Monitor machinery and adjust controls to maintain desired output and quality levels
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and report any malfunctions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of production and inventory levels

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
