Indian Smelter Operator in Split

We are in need of a skilled Indian Smelter Operator to join our team in Split. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to extract metals from their ores or scrap material. This is a contract job without accommodation, but we will provide assistance in finding suitable housing.

Your duties will include setting up and monitoring the smelting process, adjusting temperature and pressure levels, and ensuring proper mixing and melting of materials. You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment for any malfunctions or damages, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge of smelting processes and equipment, as well as good problem-solving skills. The ability to work well under pressure and adhere to safety protocols is also crucial.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Smelter Operator
- Technical diploma or relevant certification
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages (basic English proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and work long hours if needed
