Online Consultant for English-Speaking Indians in Siauliai, Lithuania


As an Online Consultant for our growing company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking Indian clients. Your main duties will include answering inquiries through various communication channels, assisting with online orders and transactions, and providing product recommendations and information.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of Indian culture. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive training.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, and finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting interactions with customers and updating our database with relevant information.

The ideal candidate must have strong time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You must also have a good understanding of online platforms such as social media, email, live chat, etc.
