Hotel Sales Manager - Odense, Denmark
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Odense, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be in charge of maintaining and building relationships with clients and partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Familiarity with local market trends and competition in Odense preferred
