Job Title: Formworker - Multan, Pakistan

As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures for various construction projects in Multan. You will work with a team of skilled workers to read and interpret blueprints, measure and cut materials, and set up formwork to create walls, floors, and other concrete structures. You must have experience working with different types of formwork systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the size, shape, and placement of concrete structures
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Set up formwork using various systems such as traditional wood or modern aluminum forms
- Place and secure rebar within the formwork to reinforce the structure
- Pour concrete into the forms, ensuring proper placement and consolidation
- Finish surfaces by smoothing or texturing concrete using hand tools or power equipment
- Remove forms once the concrete has cured properly
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or construction preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Formworker on construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints, perform measurements accurately, and use basic math skills
- Experience with different types of formwork systems such as wood or aluminum forms
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs) and work in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid work visa for Pakistan

Salary: 1300$ per month
