We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team in Multan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various architectural projects on a part-time basis. Your main duties will include creating project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all design plans meet safety and building code requirements.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for working in Pakistan

Responsibilities:
- Create project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural designs for compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Provide guidance and direction to junior team members
- Monitor budget and expenses for each project
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related documents

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Multan, Pakistan. However, remote work may be considered depending on the candidate's qualifications.
