Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Your role will involve working with various data sources, conducting statistical analysis, and creating visualizations to effectively communicate findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop data collection processes, and validate the accuracy of data. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Develop visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Create and maintain data collection processes
- Validate accuracy of data through regular audits
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes
- Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets using SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets
- Experience in creating visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Salary: 1000$ per month, negotiable based on experience.

Location: Gujrat (remote work options available)
