Mason (Contractor)



We are currently seeking a skilled Mason to join our team on a contract basis in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Mason, your main responsibility will be to construct and repair structures made of brick, stone, concrete, or other similar materials. You will work with various tools and techniques to ensure that the finished product is of high quality and meets all safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to project specifications
- Mix and apply mortar or other bonding materials
- Cut or shape bricks, stones, or other materials to fit specific spaces
- Use hand or power tools to trim, level, and finish surfaces
- Install firebricks or refractory tiles in high-temperature environments
- Repair cracks or damage in existing structures
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa for working in Denmark
