We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your main goal will be to enhance the overall user experience by incorporating innovative design elements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create website layouts that are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and responsive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
- Use design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create mockups and wireframes
- Incorporate UI/UX best practices into website designs
- Conduct regular user testing to gather feedback and make necessary changes to improve the user experience

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing for mobile platforms
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other front-end coding languages
- Familiarity with SEO principles

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
