Web Designer

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have experience in web design and a strong understanding of current design trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members to bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create website layouts and graphics
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing team members
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure websites are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English speaking skills

Salary: 1400 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (accommodation provided)
