Waiter/Waitress in Ufa, Russia



We are hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian nationality (due to visa sponsorship availability)
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
