Waiter/Waitress - Seasonal (Ufa, Russia)

We are currently hiring experienced waiters/waitresses for a seasonal position in our restaurant located in Ufa, Russia. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1400$, free visa and ticket provided.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a waiter/waitress.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have strong customer service skills and be able to anticipate guests' needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations on food and drinks.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests' requests.
- Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal; respond promptly to any complaints or issues.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
