Office Assistant - Herzliya, Israel
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep the office area clean and organized
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. The candidate must have their own valid visa for employment in Israel. Accommodation will not be provided.
