Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks as required. Your primary goal will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the excavator while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks as required
- Utilize hand signals or radio communication with ground crew for safe movement of the excavator
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and perform minor repairs when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and maintenance reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Attention to detail and strong focus on safety

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Candidates who are Indian nationals or have previous experience working in India are preferred. English fluency is required for effective communication with the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic work environment without any prior experience.
