Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager in Braga, Portugal
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Braga. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable agreements for the hotel
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Create promotional packages and special offers to attract more guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors' strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
