Architecture Manager


An architecture firm in Esbjerg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project designs and documents
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
