Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Khanpur. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in our manufacturing process. Your role will also involve inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and adjusting machine settings as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong technical aptitude and be able to work well under pressure. You should also have excellent attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines before each production run
- Operate machines according to instructions
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain production logs and records accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience working with industrial machinery (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
