We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's databases. Your main goal will be to ensure the security, availability, and performance of our databases.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient database structures based on business requirements
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize speed and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration of applications with databases
- Keep up-to-date with latest database technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server etc.
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery techniques
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
