Senior Computer Research Scientist

As a Senior Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting advanced research in the field of computer science. You will work in our state-of-the-art research facility located in Balzers and collaborate with a team of highly skilled researchers. Your main objective will be to develop innovative solutions and technologies that will advance the field of computer science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting extensive research in computer science and identifying new areas for exploration
- Collaborating with team members to develop new algorithms, models, and technologies
- Designing experiments and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of new methods
- Publishing research findings in academic journals and presenting at conferences
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in computer science and incorporating them into research projects
- Mentoring junior researchers and providing guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting research in computer science
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, machine learning, and other relevant topics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills to present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with large datasets and using data mining techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or leading research teams
