IT Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology systems.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure data protection and integrity.
- Plan for future technology needs and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance our company's IT capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the agriculture sector is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month.
