Personal Trainer


We are hiring a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Faroe-Islands. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through customized exercise plans and nutrition guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and limitations
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and fitness levels
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor progress, make adjustments to programs as needed, and track client success
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create personalized exercise plans based on individual needs and goals
- Understanding of nutrition principles for optimal health and fitness results
- Must be willing to provide remote training sessions if needed due to COVID restrictions.
