Merchandiser (Canadian) - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Canadian Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the product display and sales in our retail stores. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are visually appealing to customers and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers when necessary
- Create eye-catching displays that adhere to company brand guidelines
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies
- Ensure that products are properly tagged with accurate pricing information
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Regularly perform inventory audits and report any discrepancies or issues
- Work with store managers to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of the retail industry trends and competitive landscape

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Al-Khor.
