Roofing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Technician to join our team in Moscow. As a roofing technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofs such as shingle, tile, and flat roofs. You must have experience in the roofing industry and possess the necessary skills and tools to complete the job efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections and identify any necessary repairs or replacements
- Install new roofs according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
- Ensure proper ventilation and insulation of roofs
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete roofing tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns about their roof
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked for each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofing technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and climb ladders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Moscow (open for foreigners)
