Formworker vacancy in Chelyabinsk Russia

Formworker

As a Formworker in our construction company based in Chelyabinsk, you will be responsible for creating, setting up and removing temporary structures used to support concrete during the building process. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and plans to determine the specifications of forms required
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as lumber, plywood and metal
- Cut materials to specified measurements using hand and power tools
- Assemble forms using various materials such as wood, steel, plastic or aluminum
- Install formwork according to specifications
- Pour concrete into formwork and remove after it has set
- Inspect formwork for defects or damage before use
- Repair or replace damaged formwork components as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker preferred but not required (willing to train)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout the day
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic English language skills for communication on the job site

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with typical work hours from 8am - 5pm from Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required based on project deadlines.
